If you made any mistake in your Adsense account address details or need to change your name then you could edit it. First, you need to log in to your Google Adsense account. Then go to payment option like this:-

Then scroll down and go to manage settings option like this:-

Then scroll down and click on edit option besides the 'Name and address' tab like this:-

After clicking on the edit tab, you will find the option to edit your address and name like this:-
